  Well for one let's start with the parking the prices are crazy yiu already paying good money for a room for 2 nights and then they charge 25 a night for parking that's crazy and then the towels had another persons hair on it and then the the bed was not comfortable at all it was probably on of the worst beds I have slept on and another thing for all of the money you pay for hotel/parking they say they offer free breakfast and the breakfast was a joke..oh and then another thing this hotel is not worth staying I guess their idea of keeping the rooms warm is a little heater in the wall what a joke. I have had way better stays for the same price in different places

  Room was very small, but it was clean. Location was good, as we were in town to see a show at The Vic theater that was just around the block. Snacks and beverages available for purchase in the room, at a very reasonable price. However, we didn't have any bottled water and the night desk clerk told us they were completely out and there's no vending machine. But overall, would stay there again if I was going to that theater again

  We were impressed! It was clean, staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the entire hotel and our room. The hotel's bones are very old so there is a lot of retrofitting going on, our suite was 2 rooms that were joined together so the bathroom was inbetween the bedroom and the living room area. It didn't detract from our stay, but if you are expecting brand new, cutting edge design you should look elsewhere. If you want comfortable and slightly quirky this is your place.

  Great location! Right at Belmont El stop in heart of Wrigley area. One of the few decent places to stay around there. Clean and spacious, but expect an older hotel. Recent renovations are nice, and parking is available nearby at the Vic for a fee.

  Top floor near elevator can be a little noisy (mechanical) though you'll acclimate in a few nights. Great location and room space, especially for the price. Great staff; friendly, accommodating. Mediocre breakfast but ideal given you want an incentive to take in local dining amenities (great bakeries, diner, burgers steps away). And honor - system mini-fridge & snacks w/ ridiculously fair prices; you will use this one even if you generally don't use these at all. Would give 4.5 starts if possible.
