  Had a really awkward experience here. 3 employees in the store and no one else but me and a lady paying for her purchase. The employees all stared at me while I tried on my boots and went back and forth to the clearance section to get a different size, without asking me if I needed help or anything, just watched me. Won’t be back.

  Manager is extremely disrespectful. They have a terrible exchange policy and NONEXISTENT refund policy. DO NOT buy your shoes here. Buy it somewhere else where you know you can return them if it turns out to be absolute poor quality for ridiculous prices. This is 2017. Customer service is key.

  0 stars. This store is horrible, some of the floor staff are helpful, but the manager has poor customer service skills and was racist! There is no return policy, and the shoes are overprice. Please save your self the headache and do not shop here!!!

  Staff was not especially helpful, and I don't think their return policy is that good
