  Excellent service! Ended up with a fine for the Golden Gate Bridge for being 3 minutes early to cross and the great people at Reliable refunded the fine out of their own pocket since they believed it was unfair and it was going to take a long time and effort to fight with Bay Area Fastrak.

  if you need to rent a car in San Fransisco save yourself some time and call City Rent A Car. it is not fancy but they get the job done, no hassle, no hidden fees, & easy return with after hours option. I talked to Jeff and reserved the vehicle; in less than 5 minutes I had the price and reservation secured. easy, easy, easy.

  The best pricing in town. We needed a car for the day and City Rent a Car was relatively close to our hotel near Union Square. Its price for a one day rental blew away the national chains. The car was clean and in good shape. Its after hours drop off was also convenient and easy. Check City Rent a Car before paying through your nose with a national chain.

  Reliable was responsive and convenient, rental car was clean, ran well. We originally booked for 2 days, then wanted to drop 1st day. I sent an e-mail and Reliable confirmed the new 1-day booking within 24 hours. Rate was very reasonable ($55/day for compact), about 1/2 the price of the highly inflated national chains nearby. Reliable closed in the afternoon, but allowed late evening drop-off. Small operation, but great option if you're staying in downtown SF.
