  extremely rude staff. i made an appt to see a hall. it was booked on the day of my appt. they did not even have the courtesy to call to let us know. they found our dissatisfaction amusing.

  Horrible service in the building department. As a customer of the city you're expected to call and make sure their computer system is up and running before trying to conduct business. And don't expect a call from them when you are told they will call you when they figure out how to use their computer system.
