  I called 8 minutes before closing to request a quote to replace my felt and bumpers on my 8 ft table. The lady said she wanted to be sure on the measurements. I said I knew it was an 8ft. Then she started telling me how she was closing and didn't have time. I called a competitor who was at home and his store was closed. He said "no problem" and now I'm set. City billiards, if you don't want business, don't answer your phone 8 minutes before you close.

  Found a good place to have my cue tips and ferrells replaced. Good ol' fashioned service!!!

  Called and asked for a specific product and was answered with a question. The man first asked where I was because they close in 20 minutes.

  I had a stick that had developed a curve. Charlie assessed the problem and although could not remove the curve completely spent a good deal of time sanding and polishing the stick to improve the stick. We enjoyed a great conversation time as he worked on the stick.
