::I would give less than this if I could. I love Citizens, but this branch is notoriously and perpetually lacking in customer service and any desire to assist. Yesterday, Alex, the teller, was far more concerned about cookies for Valentine's Day than customer transactions. I should have just waited to get to my regular branch at Giant Eagle. Silly me, I thought the downtown branch might actually take care of me properly. Nothing has changed here. Lesson learned.

::I've been a customer with Citizens for over six years and today I started closing this account. I've never in my life met such evil, rude, and uncaring people until in went to this branch. The Customer service rep. was nasty with a devilish smirk on his face. The branch Manager was no help with her bullying attitude. They messed my account up and act as if I deserved it... Keep hiring people like them Citizens Bank and you'll end up with no customers.... Account is in the process of being CLOSED!
