::I rarely write reviews. If I could give zero stars I would have. Terrible service. Their staff are unable to type the information correctly multiple times I had to go back and forth physically to their office to fix it. Horrible branch.

::Not very helpful staff. I had a wire transfer into my checking account and went in to ask for a wire receipt since I couldn't find the receipt I got in the mail. The teller told me she can only see the transaction but couldn't help with the receipt, and she referred me to this guy named Josh who potentially could help. He simply said no we don't have it. When I ask that what do you mean since I received it in my mail, and I just couldn't find it now so I'd like to get another copy for my mortgage, he replied with "at the time of the transfer? We don't have it now". Before I had a chance to ask some clarification questions, Josh went away and didn't try to help further. Will switch bank after my mortgage is finished.
