::Worst bank, worst customer service. I would give minus ➖ star if there were a minus option. ALL CUSTOMERS PAY ATTENTION ⚠️ ⛔️ CITIZENS BANK CHARGES CUSTOMERS $3 FEES MONTHLY FOR THE STATEMENT. I enrolled in paperless for 3 times, but it still goes beck to paper mail delivery. I called this location, the lady was not professional talking to me. I told her I have enrolled in paperless for 3 times. The first 2 times a bank employee helped me doing it at the bank on my own phone, and 1 time I did it at home on my laptop. She tells me you have to know how to do it?!?!?! But ma'am, I just told you an employee of citizens bank at your location helped me enroll in paperless on my own phone at the bank, and how come I know myself???? She replied (I answered your call, I don't have time, I have customers to help) I GUESS I AM A CUSTOMER??? Citizens bank charges too many people an amount of $3.00 monthly, which it could be not a big amount for the customer, but a good income for citizens bank. YOU ALL PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP EYES ON IT. ⛔️ citizens customer service, DO NOT tell me we are sorry for the bad experience. Because YOU ARE LITERALLY NOT.

::Been a customer for over 25 years and have always had a good relationship with the bank's personnel from greeters, tellers ,always cordial and courteous, to the personnel behind the scenes esp. the Manager and his assistant D......which at this time I forget her name shame on me. They are what they represent a neighborhood bank in all aspects. Theresa

::For as many bad reviews that I have been reading I have had nothing but amazing experiences every time I go into this bank! Lisa is amazing and has helped me several times and I have nothing but good things to say about this location!

::Deposited a check I needed nearly 5 days ago. It was for a time sensitive survey/work assignment. Check was on hold the entire time. Then suddenly wasn't on hold in my account anymore, called citizens customer service. Found out someone decided to cancel the check at the branch. No call, email, anything. Going in or calling tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional

::My husband went into the bank yesterday and the teller was being very unprofessional. The teller sound like she was dead, falling asleep, and as if she was wasting her time helping him. BUT when she accessed his bank account information, her entire attitude changed. She put a smile on her face and even put more enthusiasm in her voice. She even went out of her way to offer him assistance in finding a Financial Advisor. Don’t judge someone based on their appearance.
