Building is old and dingy. When I was there, there was only 1 teller so there was a long wait time. And they don't deposit loose change. What's the purpose of having a bank account here again? They did have quarters and the customer service was friendly at least.

Dori is an an absolute gem. She and the staff there are always smiling, curious, and helpful. I never have a long wait to do my deposits either.

Had to wait in line for 15 minutes only to be told they "ran out of coins". How does a bank run out of coins completely? This branch is poorly managed, avoid if possible.

Poor customer service, insufficient old building, broken entrance store. The entrance door has a missing handle. Could not exit unless another customer came in to try to use the ATM machine. As I was trying to exit after using the ATM machine a person with the wheelchair could not enter and the people inside the building were ignoring me as I was asking for help so that I could leave and so that the handicap person could enter to use the ATM machine. That was extremely rude of them and HIGHLY INSULTING. Please fix your doors and do not have bank tellers that ignore people when they need help. Absolutely Unacceptable and RUDE!!!!!! I am a human just like they are! And deserve to be treated with respect!! not ignored when all I asked was for help to exit the building!!!! Of all the years of living close to this area that was my first time going into that bank. Horrible experience. Never again.

I've had inconsistent customer service at this specific location, most times the tellers have given me change without question, but recently a teller refused as my account was no longer active. I'd never even been asked if I needed an account in the first place any time prior, so it was off-putting. In general Citizens Bank had a lot of mystery fees for basic bank services that cropped up which is why I closed my account with them in the first place, but frustrating to have inconsistent experiences for basic bank interactions. Would not recommend.
