  The dentist is indeed a great, caring dentist, but her front desk staff; I believe is the same one another reviewer was talking about, is extremely rude and unpleasant. No one wants to come into a dentist office already nervous, and then have to deal with a staff member who is rude and unkind! And then when u need to make an appointment having to talk to that lady ruins your entire day. Nope, no thanks, I’ll go somewhere else. You might think the dentist is all that matters, and her services alone, but you’re so wrong, the staff members can either make or break your establishment.

  I went to Dr. Shraga possibly a years ago when my wisdom tooth started to grow, causing me a high fever, ear pain, numbness and extreme swelling on the left side of my face. The worst dental scenario in my life and Dr. Shraga was compassionate in a moment when I felt terrified. In our one appointment she was able to explain why and how that wisdom tooth was causing such an affect on my anatomy. She gave me a prescription for an ulcer I had and a mouth wash to prevent an infection from the slowing erupting wisdom tooth. She also sat with me personally and gave me advise on how I can get dental insurance and which oral surgeon she could personally recommend if I couldn't financially afford to get that tooth removed. Thank you Dr.Shraga for your compassion on that terrifying day and I'm glad to finally have you as my official dentist.

  ms Solanlly Reyes is correct, even tho you do not think so, it is very important how people are treated, i am looking for a good dentist, but if i have to put up with rudeness i do not care how good a dentist is i would not go. the answer you gave ms Reyes was so unprofessional, like she should not care how she is treated as long as the dentist is good, you should have apologized and told Ms Reyes you would reprimand that person and assure her it would not happen again .

  I LOVED Dr.Shraga!! SHE WAS AN AMAZING DENTIST! But that front desk lady (the office manager I believe it was the darker older lady) was HORRIBLE! She treated you badly wasn't polite! Was on Those celebrity gossip website the whole time I was there. Spoke to me so badly and was so rude that I was just appalled!! I don't know how on earth do they have her working with people because she is clearly NOT a people person!! It made me never ever want to go back! I should've known better my friend and brother in law stopped going to her because of the same reasons even though they liked their dentist... Sad that such a great doctor is stuck with such a lousy employee!!! She will definitely lose patients that way! WOW What a horrible horrible experience!!!!!

  I have been going to see Dr. Shraga for several years. One of my biggest fears is the dentist, but she always manages to keep me at ease. She is very professional and explained everything to the most minute detail. I think I am pretty much set with a dentist for the rest of my life. I have sent numerous family members and friends there and no complaints from that bunch.
