::This branch and Citibank in general have consistently treated me poorly. The last straw is that they gave me a hard sell on refinancing my personal loan and dangled a great rate in front of me. Then they did a bait and switch and offered me a much higher rate. Unacceptable!

::An absolutely unpleasant experience. They do not show any courtesy or respect for the client. I went to make a deposit in the account of my company and little has lacked for they to throw the money in my face. Fortunately, there are more banks in Washington to have our account and clients we can chose.

::Had a bad experience today. Came to this branch to do a notarized sign of my documents. I usually go to another location but this one is my way to get to work. I have been waiting for someone to help me at the waiting area, but no one ever show up... They even helped the customer that came 10 min after me first only because he was as I find out regular... I went then into line to the cashier ( there also were no people) and waited 10 more min. Someone told to go back to waiting area but I refused since no one ever came to me there, so I decided to wait here. The person that work there told me to wait a bit and I will be helped... I had no more patien to wait after I saw the person that had to help me and another employee just talking to each other, knowing that I am waiting for them. P.S. ones I tried to stop by at that location to put the check to my account and inside of the branch ( where the atms are) were lots of sleeping homeless people, and I didn't fell safe to do so...
