  THIS BANK DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH TELLERS. IT DOESNT MATTER THE LENGTH OF THE LINE, ITS EITHER 1 OR 2 TELLERS. IT IS RIDICULOUS. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

  Only went pass the ATM's twice both times were pleasant experience.

  Banking with Citibank for many years. Three weeks ago 6/2016 the ATM malfunctioned and I could not complete the deposit transaction. It is now July and my account has not been fully credited. Investigation totally inefficient and somewhat incompetent. They were actually contacting the wrong branch. I went to the branch and they have my 7 checks, the question remains why have they not resolved this simple issue? Communication is non existent unless I contact them again and again. Looking for another institution that's competent and efficient.
