  CLIENT OF THIS BANK IS A HACKER. ROBERTO CABRERA IS HACKING MY EMAIL AND SENDING MY EMPLOYEES TO WIRE MONEY TO HIS ACCOUNT AT THIS BANK. ACCOUNT NUMBER 186460010. THIS IS A SCAM AND THIS PERSON IS BEING REPORTED TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND THE FBI. I HOPE YOU ACT ON THIS CLIENT. VERY DISTURBING.

  The worst branch ever. they had promised me a promotion and where I met the criteria but never gave me the $$$. now they tell me I am not as a targeted qualified individual...lol . bunch of liars and cheaters. also they don't pickup your phone call and the branch teller service is very slow. The manager Gerard had told me he will call me back in 30mins, it is almost 30 hours, I haven't heard anything back yet. the most unprofessional people. I have been with citi bank almost 20years but no other branch treated me that way. Stay way from this Branch.

  Three tellers just talking to each other and only one other teller working. They see the long line and don't even care. Avoid this place

  I had the worst experience in this branch with an employee named ABADA! She will DEFINITELY ruin Citibank's reputation. I am so frustrated right now because of what she did to me and my husband!
