  Have been sitting here for 30 min waiting for opening the checking account, here is 4 managers, no people. Just wondering Citi bank doesn’t want new clients??? Or it’s some kind obstacles, the longer you wait , the best service you gonna get. Here’s pics it’s no people’s in the room. Thank you for best service. Thanks Marina Giller for good service

  I was served by Faina Kapilevich. It's kind of ... It's something like horror movies. She has such a manner of speaking, you feel endlessly guilty of something in front of her. I would like to ask Citibank what is meant by Citibank her words "Don't come to us, go to another bank!" Who I have to ask that thing? Faina Kapilevich? That emigrant, who don't speak normal English even? And just because she work for Citibank and do not like something in my needs? Maybe for her sake I need to close my account and change the bank? To Chase maybe, cross the road? Just because Kapilevich push me do this? Just because Kapilevich thinking this? Just later, I specially missed the front of customer line, so as not to get on her window. So what did she do? When I went to the window of another representative, she closed her window, came to our and start to solve my questions. So, how do I need to explain her that I don't want to see her to avoid her service in future? How to explain that she will understand? How to come Citibank not to get in her service?
