  So bad service. I waited for nearly an hour to get my thing down. At the same time, they let me wait for so long and other customers who came later then I got assistance before I did. I asked when can I get help, they said they were not sure and I needed to wait for no less then 20 minutes. Also, before I went to the branch, I called and hoped they can solve the problem and the agent on the phone cannot help me and asked me to go to the branch because they did not have the record. Such a big bank does not have record. I cannot believe that! I am seriously not happy and will not be their customer.

  Tried to close my business account but they would NOT do it! Also impossible to call the branch without being transferred to some anonymous call center

  Poor service. Spent 45 minutes for a simple task that takes only 5 minutes.

  Didn't offer great services to poor college students like myself
