  I visited the bank very near closing hours, but they had no issue letting me in even though they were about to close. They were fast and courteous and I was able to make my deposits

  Poor customer service. My father had a stroke and I attempted to add myself to his account via a power of attorney. The banker was unable to find solutions to the challenges we faced and responded with, "that's not my problem to solve." He then proceeded to justify this by saying I wasn't a customer and had no obligation to help me. As if managing the care of an elderly parent is not difficult enough on a person...
