  My fiancé does her banking here and it seems to be a really great institution to work with! First of all, the location is always very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and professional and the lines tend to move quickly as well. Great branch!!

  Very disappointed about the knowledge of the staff and manager. I went into the branch to sign up for a Prestige card to get the in branch bonus...while I understand the term of the annual fee to be tied to Citi Gold account, the sign up bonus points is not...there were no footnotes mentioning that on the flyer. But they told me it is tied to the gold account and I can only get the online offer because I do not have a Gold checking account even though it isn't and nowhere on the flyer states this fact ...but instead of confirming with someone from corporate...he just said "from what he understands that's how it is..." I went out of the way and sacrificed my lunch hour specifically to a branch to get the in branch offer since there are no Citi branches in Indiana and I happened to be here for a project... Overall very disappointed, never going back into a Citi branch or getting any products from them in the future.

  Today i had been there to open an acc . But they said i have to make an appointment before doing that. But one lady over there helped me in getting an appointment at the next branch . I really appreciate that .
