  No good clothes everything was all over the place no real customer service to speak of I hate to walk around for fifteen minutes to even get a fitting room didn't even buy anything

  The customer service is AMAZING at this location. Every time I have a problem or need to use the dressing room they never disappoint or get a attitude. They also move quickly and swiftly at the cash register. It's a cool atmosphere and you can't beat the price of the clothing. The only reason I'm rating 4 out of 5 is because I've noticed the selection go down over the past couple of months and it's slowly becoming more and more disappointing because I truly enjoy going to citi trends.

  Great to find deals on clothing, shoes, jewelry and small items. A little selection to choose from if you're searching for something to wear to go out or casual things as well. Prices are reasonably low yet I found that some are too high for certain items like purses. You can definitely look around and find something you like for a price you like.

  As always I got greeted at the door no problem there. But when you need help customer service disappear. When I finally got help the sales associate or whatever you want to call her acted as if I was inconveniencing her needless to say I won't be going back..
