  I'm here waiting to make a wire transfer.. everybody is doing their own business talking to friends on the phone about non related things to the bank.. and we are here waiting for a 5 min. Transaction.. please don't come to this location

  This location has the worst kept ATM's. I often never have time to go to the bank during the day so I come afterhours and I cycle between Farmingdale and Deer Park locations depending on where I am that night. It seems every week the ATM's either can't accept money, deposit money, or are just out of order. My most recent visit, the machine took my money and didnt credit my account. All customer service did was launch a 45 day investigation and provided me provisional credit that wouldn't appear on my account for 10 days. Three machines at this location plus a drive-through and they ALL have problems for what seems like years now.

  I visited this bank today. We wait 45 minutes to make a transfer. And they did not attend them. The girl in charge does not serve people because they are texting. And the worst of all is that nobody attended to them, we lost an hour. I will cancel my account at this bank. 👎👎👎👎

  Can't believe what they would do to meet their quotas and don't take responsibility for their action. To make a long story short, my family wanted a loan to fix their roof. Someone at the bank pushing them to take a loan from their home and pay back for the next 10 years more. Only less then 12 months away from fully paying off their mortgage and are in their 60's this was not the right way to go about. I educate my parents why it isn't and went another way, which benefits my parents, but what happen the bank manager Wilna, push ahead already the paperwork to give my parents the loan before they even sign anything. I had to call the citibank representative to have the loan void, which I did. We told the bank we don't want the loan just wanted to see what they qualify for but instead went ahead to do so without consent to my parents. Wilna said because they are good customers for many years she did that expecting to receive my father signature, whom the loan made out to. Even so you cannot submit forms like that without proper placement such as signature on the forms. We confronted her at the bank and said even tho its void the loan she still need the paper sign to submit so the bank won't get audit. I work with finance for many years knew it was a lie. Reason she needed it without having the date on it so she can submit it to the company and can make up anything she want like oh it was misplace but I found it and write the date of which she submitted the application, which was never agree on. If she got caught without the paper with my father signature she would had have her security license revoke and fire. Instead chance it to meet her quota and if something should happen would blame it on my parents, since they are not well educated and don't speak well and understanding well English. Please be careful of this branch with branch manager Wilna. They will do everything they can to meet their quotas and blame you for it if something went wrong. The Islandia branch was GREAT! Unfortunately they closed it down so stuck with central Islip for now.
