  Just had a great experience getting documents notarized (yes - some financial institutions still require!). Done quickly and b/c I'm a customer, for no charge.

  Changed banks because I was told about all of the things that they’d provide that my bank didn’t, without extra fees. Two months and multiple long visits later (bank doesn’t answer so you have to speak with the 800 number, and they can’t answer the account questions, so they refer you to physical branch), the accounts weren’t even set up right, didn’t have the functionality we needed, and fees were higher than last bank. A manager that doesn’t work there called to try and sort things out and apologized for the issues, but I explained that it was too little too late. Branch manager clearly cared less, no comments when I closed the accounts. Rest of staff was perfectly lovely. In other words, don’t use for small business 🙂

  It is impossible to get connected to any of your representatives by phone! I tried calling several branches before writing this post. The only case I am trying to call your bank is when there is an emergency - I do not need your phone service to be a copy of your on-line options. If fraud happens, I need to speak to an alive person that can respond to non-standard questions. Your client service by phone is scandalous - completely disrespectful towards the clients who cannot leave their workplace to go to the bank to arrange urgent matters in their working hours!

  Very professional and friendly branch to do my banking. Everyone on the staff is helpful and very competent.
