  The branch manager wasted an hour and just told me he can’t open an account for me. Great job citi Edit: the manager constantly made phone calls and went outside. A total waste of time. Never going to citi again

  Please do not trust citibank. My spouse was chatting online on their website and a hacker called her back to steal money using remote desktop access! CitiBank has no security for your money.

  They have terrible customer service I closed my account in April still haven't received my money it's august every time I call they say call back in 24-48 hours or we issued a check wait 10-15 business days it's been months and keep getting the same run around do not bank with Citi bank

  Citibank as hole is terrible to its customers and back office issues are shared with them. The customer is unconvinced and put on hold to they discreation. The call centers hangs up on you and the lack of service I see why they are number 3 compaird to Chase & Bank of America.

  This location has the most inconvenient hours. I guess its to their convenience, no longer the customers. I walked into a chase next to the building I work at and they close at 6pm. They said they close at that time because people get out of work at 5 pm. I guess there are banks that make it easy for THEIR customers. Oh, by the way, this branch closes at 3 pm on Thursdays.... must be nice. I guess I'll take my money to chase, and apply for their credit cards, helocs, and mortgages.
