  I am never banking with Citibank again. They are unhelpful and racists. When dipositing a check into my checking account, they claimed it was false and closed my account without my knowledge, withholding all my money. I ended up having to Call the California Lottery Office in San Diego to speak with a Citibank representative so that they could "verify" the check," and even then I had to pay $26 to recieve another Card even though THEY Wrongfully closed my account.

  Manager there is super rude went 30 mins before closing and she turned me away.

  They turned me away they dont cash checks but they send me to one on Euclid and more B.S!!!!!!

  The most bad experience ever if you doing any type of business account don't go there they're rude and unprofessional at all small bank don't appreciate business with more than 500,000 deposit per year the worst experience ever I'm closing my account.

  Worst bank ever!!!, really worst bank ever!! Don't go there, stay away!! It doesn't matter if you talk with a manager, branch representative, call center people, they will be rude. They talk and treat to my wife like if she was asking for free money, when she was only try to use HER OWN MONEY!!, planning to act legal
