::Very slow, like an adjusted robot. What’s really bother is everyone over there is senseless like standing on line for 30 min to withdraw few hundreds is nothing. ::I only come here for the ATM. Otherwise, brace yourself for rude service if you don't speak Chinese. Also, another customer shoved me out of the way to get thru the door. No parking lot. It's right in the heart of Oakland Chinatown.

::Horrible customer service. The branch manager and service manager have no respect for customers, it seems they only cater to asian clients. Their actions made me dislike Citibank as bank, very very rude everytime I asked a question the would erupt with a NO! answer before I finished the sentence. I could sense the discrimination at HIGH Levels!!!!!!!!!!
