  Even though they are usually very busy, they always take the time to make sure you are well served. They use language that you understand when it comes to car issues. No technical, difficult terms. I strongly recommend them. Very warm and approachable staff.

  Ciro's Auto Repair is the best. Four year ago they fixed my broken muffler on my Nissan Sentra. A new muffler would have cost me $600, not including labor; but they were able to put it back together for me. And the car was running better than before. They give you alot of options. Any other car mechanic would have tried to say that the only option was to buy a new muffler. They are willing to help in any way possible. After just moving back to Everett. I just got my brake done there. I would not go any other place.

  Awesome place and great staff, they really know their stuff and gave me back the car in excellent shape! Cant say enough good things about the place, a true family owned and family-operated place, it shows in the customer care A+++++

  I recently had my windshield replaced at Ciro's and they were great! The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. They answered all my questions thoroughly and handled all of the insurance paperwork (even when there was some confusion with how I had made the claim, they called my insurance and sorted it out) so it was stress free for me. The car was ready when they said; drop off and pick up were super easy. I definitely recommend them!
