  I barely walked in and was kicked out! The sales associate told me no children are allowed; I have my INFANT with me, in a stroller. Not able to get into anything or disturb anyone. I get not allowing teens and pre-teens, but an infant?!? Then she tells me there's a sign outside stating this. I scanned the whole building; there is no sign that states this anywhere. So they support your sexual interest until the sex results in a child; then they're not willing to accommodate.

  Horrible policy. Bought a couple products, got home and realized I bought the wrong thing (a male product that females can't use) quickly called the store to let them know what happened and it was still in the box in the bag with the receipt and it had just been purchased it not even 30 minutes ago and was told they won't take it back unless it had a defect..... It had been 30 minutes upon purchasing. Not opened. Absolutely ridiculous.

  This stores lube sucks! My boyfriend came over and I tried out the lube I bought from here and it sucked. My boyfriend got a throat infection from sucking on my knob with lube still on it. Long story short my boyfriend had to go to the ER to get his throat checked out because of of this stores horrible lube.
