  A female employee refused to ring me up because she thought that another employee was helping me. It was extremely awkward when she started ringing up the person behind me. The employee was just rude.

  People was in line waiting and the older lady was busy talking to a customer trying to get a date and the big dumb looking kid just stood there and listened to them talk and never helped anyone else until they got done talking. For walking in and getting a pop and a honey bun. I stood in line for 35 minutes. Managment should be changed at this store and it's been messed up for a long time.

  The snack I got was expired over 3 months, and when I tried to return it to get a fresh one the lady refused, said their system was down. Shouldn't need the system to excalhange an item that has been expired. Won't be returning here and I hope that lady gets fired for being so rude.

  Overcharged at pump, they did nothing about it. Renewed sipnsave, unable to use it afterwards. Half the pumps don't accept credit, hot food made my stomach upset. Made to wait quite a while for employee to unlock restroom. This place needs new management.

  I actually tried Phillips across the street and they were so rude I left. Here they were amazingly friendly and helpful. The older lady that was there around 930pm was so friendly and nice! I was able to get my gas and get to my hotel quickly after my 350 mile trip. Great experience. It's a bit of a rough neighborhood that time of night so be aware and cautious!
