::This Valero has the WORSE customer service ever! I was refused gas one morning because he was “busy doing paperwork” but as soon as a white girl walked up and needed help he was all of a sudden done. I’ve never in my life had to deal with somethin like that and I am HIGHLY PISSED.

::Cashier was rude. She had the nerve to be eating a meal while working the register. She was so distracted with eating that she didn't turn the raggedy pump on. My mother back inside to tell her that the pump wasn't on and she had an attitude when my mom told her the pump wasn't on.

::This gas station has the worst gas pumps in Houston. I have never had such trouble with vapor-lock pumps. I've tried several different pumps and I can never get the gas to pump consistently without shutting off over and over and over. Vapor-lock pumps can be finicky, but these are something else. The gas is usually cheaper than the surrounding area, but I'm not sure it's worth the annoyance anymore.
