::Carmen was very helpful and dropped what she was doing to help me, it’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, and she was great. Thank you!

::Good location but the pumps shut off at $75 and most often, users must go inside to get a receipt. Not efficient. Please fix the paper receipt at the pump.

::The manager by the name of Debbie is very difficult to deal with. She seems to always make things difficult for a person of color to buy anything from this location. She’s constantly interrupting her hispanic sales associate when she’s taking customers. Debbie has been reported to corporate on multiple occasions but she’s still working at this location. It’s obvious that she is in fact a racist. Of course, the owner of this location will ignore this review and she will STILL be at this location terrorizing people because she’s miserable. I will no longer be visiting this location, which is located right next to the Arby’s.

::There was a point where I would've said that this place had great customer service. However, recently the actions of one worker there made me change my mind. This station is conveniently located when I get off the highway to go to work and I usually stop in to get me some ice in my REUSABLE cup that I purchased from Circle K. One of the ladies at the register came out and told me that I can no longer get ice in my reusable cup that I had to use the stores one time use cup because me filling my cup messes up the machine and makes it break and the workers who come in do not have ice. I asked her how does she figure that, she did not answer. I offered to pay for the ice, and explained that I had NEVER encountered where I was told this, I have always been told that the ice is free. Never been told of a limitation or anything. I was rather baffled that she wanted me to use a ONE-TIME usage cup over my purchased already REUSABLE cup. In spite of the manager telling her more than once that she had a meeting the next day and would address it then this person tried to be persistent. I stated to the Manager when you find out please let me know. However, due to the worker accosting me I had already decided that I would no longer patronize this establishment anymore. I have in the past purchased several items as well as gas from here, I will NO LONGER DO SO. I would rather be somewhere where I'm respected. Seeing as I purchased one of my reusable cups from that worker personally. Long winded, but I was appalled.
