  Why have bathrooms if they are always out of order? And the stupid little sign saying they are out of order isn't funny either.... If the staff is too lazy to clean the bathroom then perhaps you need to hire better people. I'll just take my business elsewhere.....

  Paid to use the car wash and never got to use it because it said the the Wash was currently being used and it wasn't. The doors lifted, no one was in it, the sign never told me to drive ahead, it just keep blinking "Stop" I just gave away $6...

  I'm always amazed at how poorly this place is ran. Customer service is also horrible. Today I filled up and bought a car wash at the pump..... and the the pump must have been out of receipt paper so it said to go in and get a receipt from the cashier. I went in and the female cashier told me I'd have to wait 10 mins for the system to send me a receipt if that's what I wanted. I then told her that it was ridiculous and that it wasn't my fault the pump was out of receipt paper and asked her if she could give me a car wash code. She refused. Luckily the male cashier working gave me one..... but at no time did either apologize or attempt to fix anything.
