::One of the workers was super rude to my friend and I. She got our order wrong and then when we asked for the right coffee took it away with a look of disgust on her face and then slammed the right one in front of us.. coffee all over the cup... very poor customer service.

::This location and this one only is so stingy with their frosting. Half or more of the cinnamon bun doesn't have icing on it and I get dirty looks when I inquire as to why! And it's not only once or twice it's every time I come to the mall. Tonight's tasted under cooked.. but it's the only one close so I keep feeding my addiction..
