  I have been using the Cincinnati VA Medical center for many years. I have liked going there it used to be a great place to be seen by my doctors. Today I was told that the doctor was not going to be in the hospital. That I was going to be seeing someone else. I am not a yo-yo. The Doctor that I have now is my second because they have changed me Doctor’s once before. I don’t handle change very well specially when I’m not informed about the changes or the situation ahead of time. If I was 15 minutes late to my appointment it would be canceled or rescheduled, but it’s okay for the hospital to cancel my appointments whenever they want. Move me around whenever they want. They no longer think about the patient it’s only about what is good for them. No respect at all for their patients it’s simply sickening. I could have been informed that I would no longer have a Doctor and would be bounced around until they found one to take his place. I’m not happy with that they can make me a referral out of the VA into the private market in done with this. After Joe Biden took office the VA has done nothing but decline. It is so sad. Something needs to be done about the VA it is in bad shape again.

  I have called five different times on five different days and not once gotten a live person from a certain department. I have left messages and call back numbers each time. It took 2.5 weeks before I received a call back. I had to go in person to make the appointment.

  My husband is a veteran and he is in the process of getting the care he needs at the Cincinnati office. Everyone has been amazing. The nurse practitioner was wonderful. Everyone took time with us to put together a plan for his care. Thank you for treating us with kindness and respect.

  Shout out to the folks whom done a Heart Cath on my brother. Cannot remember your names but he was well taken care of from start to finish. Every area I went to folks were nice and asked how could help. Job well done !

  Cincinnati VA Medical Center is the regional Veterans Administration institute for all needs of our military members. State of the art programs and technology lead this hospital. Adjacent to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, shared services are more than just neighborly. On ste parking garage is ample. Recommended.
