  I've been using this place for years! I drive about 30 minutes to get here. It is worth the drive! Sheri @ the Keller location is great. Wonderful customer service!

  Been using Cinch for years. They take great care of my items, and only one issue which was resolved at no charge. Always easy to work with.

  I`ve been using those same cleaners for over 20 years. I follow the owner Sheri anywhere she goes. She is active in the community and cares about good customer service. I`ve never had a bad experience with her or any of her help. Very professional and my starched jeans could be used as a lethal weapon! Press on!!

  Worst customer service..EVER!! Don't tell me an item will be ready on a certain day but still not have it cleaned a week later! Plus they made me pay the full amount. One of the dumb ladies had the nerve to say "we still cleaned it". No s*** sherlock that was the purpose of me bringing it to you. The point is don't argue with a customer and get it done on time. In addition make it right and apologize. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!
