  I'm posting this after I tried contacting corporate because I'm truly that disgusted by everything that happened. If I could give it 0 stars I would because just thinking of it makes me want to be violently ill. When my fiancee and I arrived and went to pay we were charged the full buffet price not the $4.99 deal going on; yet we proceed to pay and went to get our table before getting our food. Seeing upon how over half the dinner room was closed we choose to sit at a table by and employee on her lunch break. And the two managers discussing how they are overcharging the customers on purpose to 'actually make a profit so they can pay their employees and corporate can stop getting mad at how much it cost to actually run the business and keep everything clean and working withing the margins'. My fiancee then went to go get his food at the limited buffet that they had available and while he was gone the female manager kept walking up to my table to stand over me then walk back over to the other male manager; she did this repeatedly until my fiancee came back with his food and i went to go get mine. When the two managers finally walked away I tried to tell the employee on her lunch break she was pretty but she waved me off saying she didn't speak English. I then noticed that she still had on her pair blue single use gloves. My fiancee and I started to get a bad feeling but stayed and hoped it would get better. But after watching the female employee finish her lunch then walk into the bathroom with the gloves still on then walk out of the bathroom with the gloves still on only to walk to the serving line and start cutting and distributing pizza to the buffet line. Our stomachs dropped and we couldn't believe what we had actually seen; repulsed we immediately grabbed our things and left. We wish this whole encounter could have been avoided. We were overcharged for food that we didn't even end up eating much of and I'm worried about how that food was handled and about all the people who didn't notice the major health code violation and stayed to eat their whole meal.

  It looks like they are in the middle of remodeling this CiCi's. The greeting was ok. We got to the food and the buffet had several pizzas on it. The taste of the pizza was more a 2.5 stars vs the 3 stars I have them. My son (who loves PIZZA) said this wasn't very good. The Brownies were hard and the cinnamon rolls were ok. I don't know if we'll come back to this particular CiCi's. Maybe once their remodel is completed then we might consider it.

  CiCis is a quick pizza eat option. You get your pick of what's put on the bar, salad and pizza wise, as well as some sweet dessert options. I choose to have them make my pizza. Most people are not aware you can request a specialty pizza choosing the dough, sauce, and toppings you want - and its included in the buffet cost. This location has great management and staff. If you need something, just ask. 😊

  Let's be honest here, for the price you pay don't expect anything fancy or mind blowing. It's all you can eat cheap pizza for a relatively low price. It's not a place to go to expecting artisan pizzas. It's a place to go to if you want something that's cheap and something to satisfy that basic pizza craving. For what it's worth, a good place to eat and feel extremely guilty later sometimes immediately after sometimes later in the day.
