  I highly recommend Cicis pizza, and I will be returning. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. Jordan, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience and meal!! Thanks to him, I'll definitely be referring my friends and family to give this place a shot.

  So my kids had a really good time but bear lying ate any of the pizza, what they had out was (like only 3 pepperoni and one cheese & veggie) aged quite a bit the meat was rock hard and all the veggies were dried out. The saving grace was how nice the arcade prize lady was and how clean the dining area was. Once more people arrived for the "Dinner Rush" the kitchen staff got busy putting out fresh pizza but we were in the arcade at that point.

  This place is a nice family night out. With the affordable pizza buffet that my kids love, but the play time at the arcade ties the night together. Fun, Family and pizza!!

  I always love going here. It's a great cheap place to take my hungry kiddos who love to eat a lot. The staff is very friendly. Once I was $2 short on being able to pay for the meal and a staff member paid that $2 for me and told me to get my kiddos some food and to pay it forward very sweet. That isn't a usual thing for me so I appreciated it so much it had just been a hard week. So love this place. My husband and I love battling each other at Mario kart here as well in their small arcade.

  I've been getting ads for CiCi's and after reading the reviews I thought this would make for a yummy weeknight indulgence. The pizza was oversauced, flimsy and undercooked. It grossed me out so much I brought back the pizza for a refund and ordered pizza from another chain. Maybe this was an off day for them, but I probably won't order here again. I appreciate them granting the refund.
