  Victimized by CIBT’s fraudulent representation and negligent practices. My review/complaint echoes the others I’ve read online in terms of poor, late, and inadequate service. I too met with confusing and inconsistent charges and never received a receipt of the charges made by CIBT Visas. Customer service and communication on behalf of the agents, caseworkers, and management has been appallingly poor and more often than not non existent. Avoid this company at all costs or it will cost you more than financially.

  We are still in the process of applying for all our visas but we are very unimpressed with CIBT. We are using their concierge service and they are amazingly careless with filling out the forms. There are typos everywhere, and it's one thing if they misspell "Third Ave", but they also misspelled phone numbers and even our names. We had to catch those mistakes ourselves. They definitely have no attention to detail. Speed was OK though not as fast as I was expecting based on their advertisement.

  A friend recommended CIBT for help getting a Russian visa. The actual Russian visa application is extremely tedious but thanks to cibt for their step by step guide in helping fill it out. Since i'm in NY I stopped by their office. Super friendly courteous professional staff. I dropped off all my documents to them and 2 weeks later had my multi year Russian visa I had to write this review because I read all the others and at first was skeptical but my experience was great. I've already recommended cibt to others.

  Absolutely hopeless. Needed a visa quickly, signed up for the concierge service. After waiting one day I called them and was assured a concierge would call me but never heard back. Waste of time!

  I was assigned a concierge at my request. Once I had all my documentation together, I emailed and called my concierge at least four separate times and not once received a reply of any kind. I then called the main number and spoke to a lady (Nathalie?) and told her I had been trying to get in touch with this guy. I was running up against the deadline for a Russian visa. She said he would be in in 2 hours and would have him call me. She said she was going to call me herself to make sure he got back to me. Conclusion: Neither one ever called. I then called Visa Express and would strongly recommend that you do too. They had my whole visa ready to go in 2-3 hours. Avoid CIBT.
