  Spent about two hours at this location with family while we waited to depart from Reagan on different flights. For a airport bar/restaurant the location was good overall. Everything appeared to be clean and food/drink orders came out relatively quickly given the limited staffing on-hand. One big plus is they had football on all the TVs on a Sunday afternoon in the fall - which actually was my biggest prerequisite for an establishment while waiting.

  Closed when I got there but loved it last time and meals were huge

  The food is good here. The customer server is HORRIBLE at the express center. I have been there 5 times . I thought after the first 3 times , they would get better. I had to stop coming here because of the inconsistency with their customer service. I asked for a simple side soup , for the price of $2.65 . The cashier denied it and continually tried to sell the $7.65 version. This was unfair because a previous cashier honored the side soup. Also, every time I come here the cashier is on their phones and they never smile. Why would I want to eat at a place with negativity ? Hopefully they work on the customer service. On a positive side, the food is great !

  Service was good. Went for breakfast before flight. Food was good. Price is reasonable. It's nice to have a bottomless cup of coffee.

  Rude waiter, dirty dishes and tables and I got food poisoning. I don't recommend this restaurant. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
