  Horrible website !!!! When it’s up and running. ATM machines always out of order I put an auto pay to my mortgage company via the CIBC app. A few weeks later, I was notified by mortgage company they were going to deduct automatically. So I go back into the CIBC app. Delete the amount so I cancel auto pay. Well 1 year later because my checking bottomed out. I noticed CBIC was still automatically deducting my mortgage even though I canceled it. So I made double mortgage payments for 14 months !!!! I call CIBC and they tell me EVEN tho I have the app. I was to go onto a web browser, looks for the correct CIBC address , then put my info in to cancel my auto pay??? This is totally unacceptable!!! No I’m not dumb, I had just sold my house down sized , I did a lot of remodeling and some traveling so I didn’t notice the CIBC error/autopay issue until my checking bottomed out. I am so ANGRY , you have no idea . I don’t recommend this bank at all. And I’m not going to stop bashing them. I have had other issues with this bank , and I let them slide. ( now that’s on me) .   I was just giving a check by my lawyer so I went in to cash it at this location this older lady in the middle teller named Cynthia or something she basically profiled me from the moment I arrived. Asking where i get the check from oh the signature don't match or third proof of identity SHE JUST DIDN'T WANT TO CASH THE CHECK. Saying little racist remarks under her breath. I would not advise any to go there.
