  Decent enough Mexican. They got half of pr order incorrect and took 15 minutes to replace it correctly. Free valet is nice and they are quick. On par with what you'd expect from a chain.

  I honestly feel like it’s over hyped for what it is but still a solid restaurant. On the more expensive side for Mexican food, but it’s directed at snobby people that would turn their nose up at an authentic (more affordable) Mexican restaurant.

  The most amazing Mexican restaurant that my husband and I have EVER been to! Wow! Great atmosphere, amazing staff, 90's music, incredible food! I can't say enough good about this place! I wish we lived in Nashville, so we could come here all of the time!

  We love eating here & it's close to the hotel. The food is great, the service is great. We ate here again last night (4-10-18), our only complaint was the music was too loud, so people talked louder. I don't remember the music being that loud b4. The drums were making my head pound. So, other than the music, everything else was great !

  I love Chuy's. But in its current state, it is the worst service as of this writing for lunch. We had to clean our own table (sat in the bar area) get our own chips and get some one to get our servers attention. I have talked to Managent at the Broadway location before and it seems that there is not a care to correct issues. I supposedly talked to a General Manager once and was told that the owners made changes and their hands were tied (to few servers). I have used the card stamp process several times to get free food after ten stamps and then told that I should not have ordered the fajitas for two several time which is thirty stamps(I always have two or more in my party or order catering for my office) . I have included a pic from today's lunch in the bar area and it was not pretty. I hope it only gets better from here and thank God for Olivia, she is the only reason we keep coming in. This is not a fake review and I am tired of feeling like I am the issue when i eat there. Why keep going? Some of the people are awesome and care. Most do not.
