  Everything about this church is so epic it takes me a 15 minute walk, 30 minute train ride, another 10 minute walk & 30 minute bus ride to get there from my apartment in Queens, NY and I make that trip four times a week with zero regrets. The love they have for every person that walks through the door is 10,000% worth every fare, every delay, every inconvenience from every trip i've ever taken. The music is fire; the pastors are relatable, wise, encouraging, genuinely loving & hilarious; the people are friendly; the events are awesome; and the kids & youth departments will literally change the lives of your sons & daughters. If you're looking for a church in Jersey, CHOOSE. THIS. ONE.

  Church Alive is awesome! Everybody is so nice and welcoming and the Pastors are so kind with great smiles. Their student ministry "Reckless" is astounding and the Lord is really making this church really alive and wonderful. Church Alive will thrive into the thousands and they will be making an impact in the Kingdom of God!

  Praise-style church with a lot of contemporary Christian music. The pastors and congregation were warm and welcoming. They have child care/service available for toddlers and older. The music is very loud with apparent audio distortion, but they provide ear plugs for adults and ear covers for kids. The production values were very high except for the audio distortion. We stayed for an hour, but left in the middle of a Superbowl video. We felt it was oddly irrelevant and a little irreverent for a sanctuary space or a worship service.

  Church Alive is where God has called me and my family to be! We love our pastors!! The pastors are passionate for Jesus, for people and encourage us to be in relationship with God. This church encourages you to restore yourself, and your relationships through knowing Jesus Christ. We love that there are many people from many backgrounds and different ages who come together to worship God, love people and do life together. Great kids, teens and college programs. And the worship team rocks it EVERY weekend!! Very uplifting experience.

  I've been coming to Church Alive since October 13th, 2013. It's been a journey unlike no other. After coming after two weeks, I immediately wanted to get involved. Over the course of 3 years, I've served on multiple teams in different areas that have equipped me with skills and knowledge, prepping me for the leader and man God has called me to be. Our leaders are strong, committed, and passionate about our mission and our core values. The church itself is vibrant, upbeat, contemporary, engaging, and passionate about reaching people and blessing the local community. It's a HOME that welcomes everyone from all different walks of life.
