  Respectful staff. Knowledgable on Chinese funeral customs. Nice, large parlour and accomodations. Good communication and coordination among the staff: in one particular showcasing moment of our experience, one of their vehicles assisted our motorcade by blocking a busy street in (Manhattan) Chinatown. More impressive was the fact that the vehicle was originally part of our group but split off to get in position and provide traffic assistance at the precise moment of our group's passing. Parking courtyard was nice, especially given the city environment; fits about 10 cars before having to block other cars in. Great experience overall.

  With any passing it is a difficult time so choosing Chun Fook definitely alleviated the process and eased our family per arrangements and logistics. Service was very helpful and considerate from start to finish. From the first call they arrange mortuary and have a step by step procedure that is required for all that is done (ie paperwork, death certificates, etc.) which is very helpful as with any family a event like this is quite sudden and it's helpful to know what has to be done every step of the way. We were never pushed on any purchase and we were shown all options and chose accordingly. The service and practices were offered and we picked from the one that would meet our families wishes. Would highly recommend.

  Nice funeral home. Quite lovely inside. They usually follow Chinese customs in burial and service. On a side note, there is a puppy shop across the street if you want to feel a bit better afterwards.
