  If you are looking for a agent that cares. I can say first hand that everyone at this office keeps the client's best interest in mind. Desire is always very helpful and there when needed!! I would highly recommend them.

  I have done notary bonds at Chuck's office in the past and they are done on the spot. That was not the case today, the staff told me that it would take a month to get the bond. When I asked to talk to Chuck, well he was in a meeting... I gave my number for good O'll Chuck to call me back... that's right, no call back. Bad service and I'll not use again. Real reviews, really.

  I have found very proficient services through this company, and I am happy to say I have a great connection with them. They are always there when necessary and ensure everything is in order. Started here as a teen, and I do not plan on moving my services elsewhere due to the amazing work and quality of Chuck Kelley state farm! Outstanding services, outstanding prices that will work with your budget. They were extremely helpful in educating me on insurance policies and how to understand them. I definitely recommend this office!
