::We came here for a birthday party and my children had a lot of fun. Unfortunately, their assigned party hostess didn't seem well-trained at all and the parents had to request basics such as their birthday child's name to be on the sign and water for their guests after the start time of the party had already passed. It was otherwise a fine experience with the games, prizes, and food being standard for this chain. It seems they'll try to accommodate allergies with cheese-less pizza, allergy-friendly salads, and chicken wings, too.

::So I was there a week ago and my experience was AMAZING due to two amazing people that made it like that. Asia who is a manager there..she went above and beyond and our server Andrew who was as sweet as can be and all about doing a good job.🥰 They both just made the experience amazing and the icing on the cake was our kids dancing at some point and them joining us ! Haha I loved it. ❤ Now I'm just referring to Asia alone as a manager because some do their job just to do their job and some do their job with a heart and that is Asia!

::I went there on my son's friend birthday. The birthday party package included games, celebration for party (seat, food & drink for kids and parents, MC) Everything was very good, because all of children were happy except for the attitude of cashier. He was not patient when the host of party paid the bill.

::This place is amazing! So my friends and I haven’t been to Cheek E Cheese in a very long time and when driving around, we saw the Chuck E Cheese spot and decided we were going to just check it out, because why not. We thought this was going to be a quick 10 minute visit, but then we ended up being there for hours and we had a blast! The building itself is kind of small, but the games were great and none of them made us feel cheated. We got excited winning jackpots and having fun with all their other games! The food was also quite good. We didn’t know what kind of pizza to get, so the front of house man got us a bbq, chicken pizza and it was delicious! Overall, the place is clean, the food and games were great, but what really made the experience standout was the amazing staff! There was no judgment from the staff at all that my friends and I were a bit older than the usual customer. The main attendant was friendly, welcoming, helpful, funny and on, and when I asked if they were gonna have a Chuck E Cheese show, one of the staff ladies overheard and stepped up and put on the costume because apparently the usual guy wasn’t able to come in that day. It meant a lot to me because it looked like she was about to go home, but this didn’t stop her from putting on the suit by her own volition. Not only did it mean a lot to my friends and I, but it’s important to note how excited she made the other kids because they got to see “Chuck E”. Though she didn’t have to, she ended up making a lot of people happy. The man behind the counter was equally as outstanding! Bouncing from position to position helping the many families in the building and demonstrating a kind of charm and grace that makes people want to stay indefinitely! I can go on for hours of how surprisingly amazing our visit was, but again, we would not have been so blown away if it wasn’t for the master class treatment we received the moment we walked through the door. We don’t even know any of the workers names. There is no other Chuck E Cheese we would go to, and that’s saying something because this location is further away from where we actually live. If you are ever wondering if you and your friends/ family should come to this Chuck E Cheese, the answer is absolutely. Great games, great food, great staff! Thanks Chuck E Cheese for a great time!

::Dad hero story: I won my daughter three jackpots on the games, which totaled hundreds of tickets. She just dragged me from game to game to win her more. After 2000+ in tickets, she got her coveted Polly Pocket prize plus more. “Daddy, you are the best gamer,” and gave me the perfect princess smile. The store was incredibly clean (like eat off the floor clean), the games are new and in great working order. The food was good and staff seemed so eager to help and engage. I must say it was so improved over my last experience at Chuck’s many years ago. So much fun we bought gold passes and will be going back regularly.
