  Food is decent, been in there 3 times and always enjoyed my meal. They could work on customer service, though. Wasn't even a big deal, the young lady working there pulled a mostly empty bucket of rice from the steam tray and as she was putting the rice in my bowl-ritto the water from the bottom of the bucket dripped in my food. I let her know and asked if I could have some fresh rice (since it was the first thing to go into the bowl, not a big deal) and not only did she get argumentative, she scoffed when I insisted on fresh rice. I had to explain to her that the water in the bottom of the steam tray is floating with old gross food and that I didn't want to eat it. She was short with me the rest of my visit and seemed really annoyed. I'd had a similar situation at the Chipotle that's right next door and they were completely happy to fix it for me.. think the kids at Chronic Taco need some customer courtesy training..

  Tuesdays are $1 off tacos except fish. I like this place, I just wish it were more filling. The tacos are a bit skimpy. The staff is also a bit scattered and it seems to take 5 people to do one thing.

  I am so disappointed in our service tonight. We have been here twice before and loved everything about this place. Tonight, we came in at 8pm, one hour before closing time, and were treated like garbage by the employees. They told us they had no rice, then proceeded to fill the rice as soon as we sat down in the car to leave. Both our meals were half full and sloppily thrown together. Still charged us full price even though half their items were out. Our food was thrown into a bag and handed to us to insinuate that the employees wanted us to leave. What a shame as I really liked this place before.

  I had a really good first experience. Jim was really nice and took great care of me! I definitely give them another try. The fish tacos were really good!

  Wish I could give them negative stars! First off I ordered online and told it would be ready at 6:20. I did get there a little early so I expected a little wait. Not the almost hour I waited though! Watched two families order and eat their before I was acknowledged about 30 minutes into my wait. There were multiple people waiting 40+ minutes! This is asinine to wait that long for an online order. Kind of defeats the purpose. Extremely disappointed with the service ( or lack there of) love the food but I do not think I will be returning. Might I add the two young ladies were busting their butts while the two guys were as useless as bringing sand to the beach!
