  This complaint is poorly run, i ordered my garage door and made a deposit over 2 weeks now and stilll have not reed my door. I had to contact them to be kept up to date. When asked to speak with manager on multiple ocasions was told she is unavailable for the day and wont be available.

  I had an issue with my garage door and needed service as soon as possible since we were going on vacation. Called Christie's they came out the same day to service it and fixed my door. the girls on the phone are so polite and the technician was so thorough. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs service.

  I normally do not participate in reviews, however I hope this gets to the higher up. I’m not going to bash this company, because what works for some may not work for all. I’m sharing my experience. It all started in November of 2017, we had Christie Doors come out to repair our garage doors, after leaving, we were only able to open the garage door with the garage opener but we had to get out the car to close with a key. We called them and told them this is not how we wanted to use the door. They sent the company out again to fix it, after all said and done, not only could we not use the garage opener just to open, but we could not use them at all. They broke the key in the key hole and had to change that part. Now the door would open midway and close and again and again. They sent someone out again and we were told they had to order a part, in which we waited for 2 months just for them to tell us they no longer sell the part. They suggested we get a new part something they sell already and we agreed (which by the way cost more) but that was ok because we wanted to use the door how it should. Well that didn’t happen either because the company they use has the part on back order. This was told to us after waitng another few weeks. Here it March 1st and nothing has been done to get it fixed. I requested our refund in which they gave us back partial payment. By the way, the front desk person has poor customer service skill with all that was going on. I believe in treating people how I would like to be treated and that person definitely wasn’t deserving of anything. For the future when something is not available, please let the customer make the choice to stick it out or go somewhere else.
