  When we first came and weren't buying anything a salesman was getting out of his way to help us and try a few things on. In a couple of days when we actually came to buy a guy by the name Joe looked after us and again done his best to make sure we feel special. A glass of champagne and a gift to accompany a purchase just added up nicely for the seal of approval. Well done.

  I almost never leave reviews but I am SUPER disappointed. My husband surprised me by bringing me into the store to get the two pairs of Louboutin heels that I have been dying to have for some time now. There was only one other person in the store and they were being helped but not ONE other sales associates even welcomed us into the store. I even walked over towards one and waited. They didn't even give me the time of f***ing day. I have NEVER been so disappointed in a high end retail store and honestly I was humiliated. Even if they didn't think I'd be buying anything I would have still expected a "hello." But they just lost a $1000+ sale and future shopper. Hopefully, if they actually read this, they'll teach their employees to treat people like human beings. Maybe I will have better luck at Jimmy Choo's....

  I called from New York, Since the pair of shoes in the size I needed were not available anywhere else in the US or canada but at this store. The sales person was very helpful, found the shoes in inventory, verified they were actually in the store, and promptly sent me the instructions to complete a internet purchase. For an additional $30 for 2 day shipping, they were at my door 44 hours after calling them. Exceptional experience.

  Beautiful store!! My friend and I passed by the store yesterday and decided to check it out and was greeted by a full staff. The energy in the store was very welcoming. The shoes are all to die for. Tried on a pair to size and the salesperson was very patient with me. Will definitely come back once I finally decide to make my big purchase :)

  My husband and I were shopping in Waikiki, we tried to go into Louboutin but the doors were locked we noticed that there were 2 people shopping in the store. The security guard then came out and said, that we would have to wait as the 2 sales consultants were already assisting other customers. I was really surprised that we could not even get into the store to take a look at their products. I think it just made us think that we were not welcome in the store because of the colour of our skin.
