  I just purchased a $189 product and it was working. The girl took it to the front for me while I finished shopping.... When I finally got to check it out a few days later. Surp!!! NOT WORKING!!! She swapped it out for a broken one so now I have to wait for however long to get it replaced through the company!!!!! HANG ON TO YOUR THINGS YOURSELF, UNTIL YOU LEAVE!!!!!!

  Pretty good selection of lingerie, not quite as good as victoria's secret but you can't beat the sale prices.

  Terrible terrible service. Talked bad about my sister while she was in the bathroom. Made comments about my niece, who is TWO. We were in and out. She's a full time mom. I'm sorry but a two year old has no idea what any of that stuff is. She doesn't even know which parts are which or what parts even are. So she had NO PLACE talking about my sisters parenting behind her back. Will NOT RETURN.

  The item the staff recommend had a piece broken (did not work). Sorry you have to call the maker. So much for service. Call the maker they said the store has to do fix it. So out of luck in an $80 item. Then 2 hours later I find out the store double charged my card. Called them said they can't fix it or see it. So they did not do it. Wow ! My bank can see it so your computer is wrong. Call Corp tomorrow she said. So I had to call my bank and pay $35 for a stop payment. Not a good experience and very disappointed they can take my money with minutes however cant return it in a timely manner and I am out more money forcing then to give me back what they took from me. On top of my item not working. Will not return there. Will check out adam and eve in Arlington Tx.
