  I put atleast 12 dif people on to this place, patronized their buisness buying multiple cakes at dif times this particular time i ordered a cake that they claimed they were able to make, the other cakes were more simple btw, not only did they spell my Moms name wrong but the design on the cake was unnoticeable from what was requested i didnt even bother to take a pic of it because it was nothing to remember but what pissed me off was the guy coping the attitude Telling me if i werent late the guy that made the cake could have fixed the name 🤨 indeed i was late but what got me is the cake was already done, so on time or late my cake was all wrong n making another cake was the only way to fix that prob, he didnt even apologize or except responsibility but i paid 80 something for that bogus ass cake..Never again..the 5th Reason why i dont care to support Black buisnesses smh wish them the best

  I absolutely loved my experience and the staff at Chosen Cakes. They are friendly, patience and entertaining. This was my second time participating in a Bake and Sip at Chosen Cakes...of course I would recommend this establishment to others!!

  I ordered a cake for my son's first birthday and I must say that I am disappointed. Upon receiving my order I thought the cake looked nice, but after getting the cake home I realized there were some major imperfections and that the cake was poorly made. And after eating the cake at the party, the taste of the cake was just okay. It was not spectacular. Let's just say I've had way better. The cupcakes that I purchased were poorly packaged in an oversize cake box and after driving they slid into one another and were ruined. After my husband called to inform them of the poor packaging they seemed to kind of laugh off the mistake and were reluctant to correct it. Needless to say I will not be using this place again and I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know.

  Over the top. Had a great-great time. My sister Wanda had her 50th, and we had nothing but fun. Charlie, Daniel, Jerry great people, friendly, very personable, great instructors, OH!! And*** PATIENT *** Oh yes. I just say if you want to have a great family party Chosen Cakes is the place. Thank you for your great hospitality.

  Very unprofessional business. During our scheduled tasting appointment, we were waiting in the front for about 15 minutes before anyone even came out to talk to us. The cake tasted very good, so we decided to use them for our wedding despite our initial first impression. We were told we had to buy our cake stand for $65 instead of renting it for $45, and on the day of our wedding, the $65 "diamond" cake stand we purchased was not used. I've been given the runaround for about 2 months regarding a refund for the additional charge. This family run business needs a lot of work when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Good cake but terrible service. I recommend that others find another bakery.
