  I popped in a few weeks ago after a baseball game. Somehow between running my credit card and presenting me with the slips to sign, my credit card went missing. The server looked everywhere, I looked all around the table. The credit card - no where to be found. I gave her my number and she promised to call if it was found. A few days later, I hadn't heard anything so I called just to double check before I cancelled the card. They had found it. Awesome. This isn't the easiest location to pop into and I had business trips lined up for the next several weeks so it took me a while to go pick it up. Before I went by, I called to be sure it was still there. It was. Awesome. I recounted the story to the manager so he would know that I didn't get drunk and forget to close out my tab but a Chophouse employee caused this inconvenience. The card being dropped or whatever is not the problem. The problem is that not a single Chophouse representative even bothered to so much as apologize for my inconvenience. Actually the people I dealt with acted more like I should be beside myself thankful that they managed to fix the problem they (the Chophouse) had created. I've always found the Chophouse to hold itself to a higher standard and given that a simple "We're sorry for your inconvenience" would have made the whole thing go away, I'm incredibly disappointed.

  I had an unburger and grilled asparagus, along with their meat and cheese plate. The meats where delicious but the cheeses where average. The burger and asparagus were phenomenal. At 9:45pm we were a walk in and they seated us in the bar area only, even though we asked to be seated in a table. They said their closed the area which was disappointing. A meal for two might run you $120 after tip. I would go again, just a little earlier if they aren’t accommodating to late night eaters.

  I had the Porterhouse T-Bone, it was teriffic, and cooked to perfection. The service was top notch from the valet parking to our waiter who really loved what he was doing. Great atmosphere to top it off. If you want Denver's best steaks this is the place to go.

  I have been coming to the Chophouse for twenty years, it never gets old. The food is great (steaks) with a one-of-a-kind atmosphere you will not find anywhere else Denver. We love to sit in a booth and snuggle up to one another, while enjoying a bottle of wine or trying a new beer. I have rented out the entire back room for our company's Christmas party, and everyone loves their time. Parking directly adjacent, great proximity to the Denver nightlife, close to Coors field you will love your time here.

  Essen in gediegenem Flair in der Brewery. Super Steak. Genau wie gewünscht und sehr gutes Fleisch. Zwar etwas teurer, dafür eben sehr gutes Essen und Ambiente.
