  Customer service is key when you are in business. I give CHOKOLATE in Washington Heights zero stars. When you purchase a pair of optical frames that were clearly sold with a defect unbestowed to the consumer; and you dont honor the warranty clearly there is an issue with how you do business. To top it off blame the customer because you sold a faulty product. I had to do the leg work, call Cartier directly and have another Optical retailer Leonard’s on East 73rd take care of what you should have done to replace the defected frames you sold my elderly mother. You get 0 stars. BUYER BEWARE. Go elsewhere for purchase!
