  Kru Natalie is a great coach that pays attention to detail. She will correct you when your stance or form is off and make sure that you understand why. Her and the other members of the gym are so welcoming and friendly. There are no egos in the gym. Everyone is there to train and help one another. The facility is clean and it's nice that there are big showers with towels provided for you. Def worth checking out if you're in limbo on which Muay Thai gym to choose from.

  I love Chok Sabai. The owner, Natalie Fuz, is a former professional Muay Thai boxer and an awesome coach - tough as nails, but also compassionate and fun. If you're curious at all about Muay Thai or martial arts in general then do yourself a favor and check this place out. The first class is free! And class prices are super reasonable.

  As a tourist visiting NY, I decided to visit this gym and train. Kru Nat made me feel at home including the rest of the students in the class. So I'm thankful to the Chok Sabai crew for their hospitality for me as a guest training in their gym!

  I highly recommend this gym whether you are beginner, intermediate or advanced and active fighter. I started as a real beginner without any knowledge in martial arts whatsoever. I trained there for more than a year and I went from out of shape to Muay Thai addict training every single day and sparring with active fighters. This gym not only provides a whole package to get fit or to improve as a fighter but also offers a great environment and family vibe. Fighters train with beginners, women with men and the training staff is passionate and focuses on your individual improvement. Training alongside the fight team is inspirational and makes you want to jump in the ring. The amenities are great, there are separate showers with towels and a thai mat to hang out between classes. The Smoker is a very fun event to test yourself as a new fighter or to support your team members.

  The trainers are phenomenal! They care about you as a individual and focus on technique. I've found that despite your level of experience (beginner, intermediate, advanced, competitor, professional) at this gym you leave feeling like you learned something new! This is a great establishment and I highly recommend it to everyone!!
